Carollyne Rayner, the Marriage Commissioner in Alberta since 1998, is officiating wedding ceremonies in Calgary and its surrounding areas such as Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, Strathmore, Okotoks, and High River.
Carollyne was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and has a license from the Province of Alberta to officiate wedding ceremonies anywhere within Alberta. She helps couples with legal papers and performs symbolic ceremonies like vow renewals or wedding rituals for soon-to-be-wed couples. Carollyne is a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi and an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Edith Cavell Chapter #25 in Calgary, Alberta. She loves and enjoys listening to couple’s stories and helps them unite in a bond of love and commitment.
