About Calgary Marriage Commissioner
Calgary Marriage Commissioner is a Calgary-based company that officiates marriages in the Province of Alberta. Blair E. Collins, the Calgary Marriage Commissioner owner, is an experienced and devoted officiant who provides personalized wedding services.
Blair E. Collins has experience in different fields and conducted hundreds of presentations, workshops, and retreats on various topics to enrich his marriage commissioner role. He studied theatre arts to develop his ability to create and officiate beautiful and meaningful rituals and ceremonies. Blair worked as a couple and family guidance counsellor and group facilitator, and today he has small coaching to practice. He is also accredited with co-authoring and same-sex marriage arrangement conference by the Calgary Presbytery of the United Church of Canada. Blair completed learning Hawaiian Shamanism with Serge Kahili King, and he was ordained in November 2011 as an Alakai or Hawaii Shaman with Aloha International.
