Facilities and Capacity

The Mount Royal University Event and Theatre Services boast a wide range of indoor and outdoor event spaces suitable for events of all sizes.

One of the venue's highlights is the elegant and versatile Ross Glen Hall, featuring vaulted ceilings, southeast-facing windows, and retractable dividers that can be configured to suit any event. This hall can accommodate up to 400 guests in a banquet-style reception and 600 guests in a theatre-style setup. For more intimate gatherings of up to 200 guests in theatre-style seating or 120 guests in banquet seating, the Lincoln Park Room is a perfect choice. This room also includes an annex that provides additional space for a green room, VIP area, or refreshments and features a baby grand piano.

The larger Bella Concert Hall can host up to 513 guests on its main floor and up to 654 guests when the full hall is used.

Additionally, there are other event spaces such as the Hal and Marnie Wyatt Atelier, Wright Theatre, and Bella Lobby suitable for hosting more intimate weddings.

The venue also provides several outdoor areas with picturesque backgrounds that can be used for wedding ceremonies or receptions.
