Genesis Centre is a distinctive community centre located in the heart of Northeast Calgary. It was developed from the contributions of the citizens of Calgary. Their vision of a unique recreational center was achieved in 2012. Today it serves as a diversified space and has seen several events, including national level tournaments, conferences, corporate events, and weddings. It has brought together people from all walks of life and has built a community over the years. Genesis Centre is one of the best destinations for couples who want to throw a grand wedding party with its capacity of up to 1500 guests.
It started with a feature gymnasium and event center adapted to meet your needs from business hours to leisure hours.
● Community Gymnasium can accommodate up to 750 people. It is well equipped with a sound system and drop-down curtains.
● Feature Gymnasium can be used for hosting grand events that can cater to between 1000 to 1500 people, depending upon the floor plan. It has AV equipment and a built-stage, which is perfect for a concert.
● Other than Community Gymnasium and Feature Gymnasium, it also has various Multi-Purpose Spaces. You can access the sound system, projectors, and Wi-Fi here.
