After securing his Red Seal, he moved on to work at Fred’s Not Here, The Red Tomato Restaurant, and Chez Marie. He was also a part of Theatre Supper Clubs, by Denison’s Bistro and Oyster Bar. Then he settled with the idea of starting his own food and catering business, and the world was introduced to Saucy Affairs.
