About Harbour Strings
Harbour Strings consists of a solo violinist with the option of accompaniment on the piano. They have been adding their professional and extremely talented touch to wedding couples days. Jody's repertoire includes jazz, classical, pop and golden oldies.
Violinist Jody has been providing musical support at weddings for over fifteen years. Whether that's serenading the couple during the ceremony, adding some relaxing tunes during your cocktail hour or adding a unique touch to rehearsal dinners, she will have it covered. Jody also has a degree in piano performance and can offer this if prefered.
As part of her wedding packages, she can provide ceremony, cocktail hour and rehearsal dinner music and is happy to learn any new songs so that couples have their special soundtrack to their day. As part of the price, she will include sample performances so that you can hear the type of style and how this will fit in with your day. As part of the wedding planning, Harbour Strings will liaise with each couple and their wedding planner to make sure that all goes smoothly on the day and provide helpful suggestions that tie in with the individuality of each couple.
Harbour Strings has performed at private and corporate events, including memorials, where her professional and classy musical accompaniment helps set the scene for each audience.
