About Brandy Moore and the Nightcaps
Brandy Moore & The Nightcaps is a talented band consisting of 5 players who enjoy providing great music and know how to entertain a crowd. With a mix of classic R&B, soul, Motown, reggae, and funk, they bring a unique fusion of fun and energy to wedding parties and can be guaranteed to get the audience up and to dance the night away.
The band formed in the early part of 2018 and has played to enthusiastic audiences throughout Southern Vancouver Island. With over twenty-five years of experience as a singer/songwriter, Brandy has gigged in Europe, Latin America, the United States, and Canada and released her CD, Real Good Love. The rest of the band consists of multi-Grammy winner Phil Kenzie and Bonnie Raitt's guitarist George Marinelli. Sharing the vocals is lead guitarist Victor Wells and drummer Jon Miller makes sure no beats are missed on percussion. On the keyboard and vocals is Charlie Fox.
Brandy Moore & The Nightcaps provide an extensive repertoire with show-stopping instrumentals and stellar vocals that provide the perfect scene-setting during your reception, ceremony, rehearsal dinner and cocktail hour. They can use their musical prowess to learn new songs so that each couples favourite tunes are included on their wedding day. They are happy to travel, and each performance is covered with liability insurance for extra peace of mind. Along with providing their instruments, they include an up to date sound/PA system and microphones. Additional lighting and microphones are available if required.
As well as weddings, Brandy Moore & The Nightcaps provide their musical services for private events, clubs and festivals.
