About Ryan Laird

The Ryan Laird band consists of between four and six members (depending on your particular requirements). They play an eclectic mix of music from rock anthems, oldies, country pop and classic genres over all the decades. Their main aim is to get the dance floor packed and keep your guests entertained throughout your wedding day celebrations.
This talented team plays the saxophone, guitar, drums, violin, cello harp and piano, and brilliant vocals. The band have been adding their unique style to weddings around Vancouver Island, Mainland BC and locations across Canada and the USA.

The band have been playing at venues and for private and corporate clients throughout Canada and the USA, gathering a wealth of experience along with a broad library of music genres to keep the crowd happy.

Services Offered

They can provide music during your ceremony, cocktail hour, rehearsal dinner and reception and will adapt the playlist to reflect the various parts of your day. For couples wanting a particular song on their day, Ryan Laird is happy to learn new songs. As well as instruments, the band will provide their technical equipment, such as microphones and a sound/PA system. For peace of mind, each event is covered by liability insurance. They understand that every couple requires a different wedding package, so they provide a few options, including Full Wedding and Wedding Reception packages. Each couple can choose from solo, duet or trio (with or without vocals) arrangements and a choice of 4 or 6-piece band. This is a great way of making sure you have the intimacy for smaller weddings and enough band members to make a noise in large venues. During break periods, they will play music to keep the party atmosphere going.
