About Trio Taco
This talented trio brings their passion for playing the flute to weddings and special events around the Victoria area. Not only are they great musicians, but they also have the musical prowess to create a personal playlist to tie in with your tastes and requirements. Trio Taco includes flute, piano and wind instruments, and they can perform as a soloist, duo or trio. Their style consists of a mix of upbeat classic music and popular wedding songs, and they cover a variety of genres in their playlist, including jazz, dance, oldies, pop and top 40 hits.
Trio Taco is made up of three professional musicians. Alanna Kazdan has a B.Mus 2015, B.ED 2016 and MA 2018; Bailey Finley has achieved her B.Mus 2017 and Sierra Phosy B.Mus 2017 and B.ED 2018. The trio has performed at concerts throughout Victoria and performed a the Victoria Symphony's New Music Festival. They have worked with many local composers, including Nathan Friedman, Alexander Klassen, Liam Ross (to name just a few).
Trio Taco can provide music during your ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner and cocktail hour. Outside of performances, they will ensure that there is music during breaks to keep the atmosphere flowing. They're happy to travel to venues and will also learn any new songs required by each couple. In addition to their instruments and talent, they can also provide lighting if needed.
Trio Taco has also proved a popular choice for other events such as private and holiday specials.
