About Glendale Golf and Country Club
Glendale Golf and Country Club are located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, 12.9 kilometres from Winnipeg city center. It was founded in 1946 on the banks of the Assiniboine River 5-minute from Charleswood and Headingley. It has spectacular greens and picturesque views that provide an excellent backdrop for a romantic ceremony, photos, and more intimate events. The country club offers a classic, modern, and waterfront wedding style that you can choose to have in an indoor, outdoor or uncovered outdoor setting.
Glendale Golf and Country Club has three flexible event spaces. These rooms include Glendale Room, Riverview Room, and the Riverside Terrace.
The Glendale Room has 70 guests in a theatre format or 60 guests in a reception-style. It features a dance floor, fireplace, and a speaker, and a microphone.
The Riverside Terrace hosts beautiful weddings with the Assiniboine River as the backdrop and stunning views for your guests. It features handcrafted archways and an outdoor speaker and microphone. It can accommodate up to 200 seated guests.
The Riverview Room features pillars on the inside with large windows that showcase the Assiniboine River and allow natural light, air-condition, and beautiful lighting. It can accommodate up to 200 seated guests.
