About Theatre Rialto
Theatre Rialto is located in Montreal, Quebec, 4 kilometres away from Downtown Montreal. It was built in 1923-1924 as a movie palace. The banquet hall became a historical monument in 1988 and was named the National Historic Site of Canada in 1993. The venue offers different wedding and social event styles that range from city, glamorous, classic, and vintage in an indoor setting.
• The Rialto Hall is on the second floor that features high ceilings and large windows. It can accommodate up to 225 guests in a cocktail format. Its standard setting is the cabaret seating, and it is equipped with projection, lighting, and sound systems.
• The Cabaret is on the ground floor with outside terraces that allow for additional space. It can seat up to 80 guests on the main floor, the mezzanine seats 50 guests, and the terraces can accommodate up to 40 guests.
• The Piccolo is in the basement and can accommodate up to 400 guests standing in a cocktail format. It features a bar area, a vestibule, lighting, projection and sound systems, a stage. It can be rented as a separate venue.
• The Studio is on the 3rd floor, equipped with professional sprung floors with a separate entrance and beautiful windows showcasing Parc avenue.
