About Vieux Port Steakhouse
Vieux-Port Steakhouse is located on St.Paul Street in a historical building and not far from the old Port of Montreal, Quebec. It has taken protection under Quebec’s Cultural Heritage Act because of its historical value. However, Vieux-Port Steakhouse appears not just like a traditional restaurant; also, it is an experienced historical institution with good hospitality. It boasts a remarkable courtyard garden covered with flowers and greenery and an outdoor bar. Moreover, Vieux-Port Steakhouse has been in operation for over 30 years that is suitable for business meetings to private events.
Vieux-Port Steakhouse boasts five spaces available for hire depending on your capacity, namely- Maisonneuve Room, St-Jean-Baptiste Room, Champlain Room, Mont-Royal Room, and the Garden Terrace.
● The Maisonneuve Room offers an elegant and intimate ambiance with its authentic décor, stone walls, and hardwood floors. It is 432 square feet and can cater to up to 40 seated guests.
● St-Jean-Baptiste Room is a large dining area with washrooms and a private entrance. It features authentic décor, including large windows that offer a good view of the surroundings, hardwood floors, and stone walls. It is 1,400 square feet that can accommodate 120 seated guests. It has antique chandeliers that blend with the style of the venue.
● Champlain Room features dark woodwork, a fireplace, windows with Saint -Paul street views, and a full-service bar. It is 1,500 square feet with a capacity of 120 seated guests with beautiful lighting from the antique lights.
● Mont-Royal Room is the largest room with a coat check, private washrooms, a spacious dance floor, and beautiful brick and stonework. It is 2,640 square feet with a seated capacity of 250 guests.
