Château Ramezay is a historical and museum building on Notre-Dame Street in Old Montreal. It is just opposite the Montreal City Hall. It is an 18th-century venue that UNESCO also listed as one of the 1001 places that must be seen before die. With its over 500 years of history, Château Ramezay is suitable for various styles, from classic to garden, eclectic, glamorous, toppy, and vintage. At Château Ramezay, you can hold any weddings from private functions to business meetings to conferences.
Depending on your style, you get a few choices at Château Ramezay for your wedding event. The venue boasts of four spaces ideal for hosting different weddings: Salle de Nantes, the Château, the Governor’s Garden, and the Conference Room.
● The Governor’s Garden and Terrace is an 18th-century French colonial garden. The terrace has a panorama of greenery with an awning and protective curtains closed in intemperate weather. It has a capacity of up to 50 seated guests and 75 standing guests in a cocktail format. Also, you can host your ceremonies here for up to 50 guests.
● Salle de Nantes has mahogany panelling and crystal chandeliers that impact refined elegance. It can accommodate 50 seated guests or 75 standing guests in a cocktail format.
