About Emma Hughes Makeup
Emma Hughes Makeup is located in Thornhill, Ontario, specializing in professional makeup artistry for weddings and special events. Owner Emma is a fully mobile makeup artist who is inspired by her love of painting and drawing. She is a talented artist who transferred her passion to the world of cosmetics.
Emma decided to follow her dreams of becoming a makeup artist in 2014 and got herself enrolled in one of North America's top-rated makeup academies. She graduated from C|MU college of makeup art & design.
Emma has gained over five international publications, including Vogue Italia & two magazine covers. Her other publications include Elegant Wedding Magazine, Torontoist, Snapd Toronto, Guisseppina, Volition, Emboss Magazine (Volume 1,3,5,7), Femme Rebelle, Volition, Cp24 and Volant.
With hair and makeup services for brides, Emma provides many other services like consultations, on-site service, and trials. She would use old makeup techniques or airbrush and contouring techniques to doll up the bride. She also provides group services for bridal parties and provides discounts based on the number of members. An assistant can come along with her to serve larger groups. Other services that she provides are body art, group services, false lashes and tattoo coverage.
Emma Hughes Makeup is always stocked with many different foundations and powders to ensure she can serve brides of any skin type or colour. She makes a bride comfortable during the consultation session and feel happy and confident on the wedding day.
