About Sassafraz
Sassafraz has been one of the finest restaurants along Cumberland street, Toronto, for decades. We may regard it as the hot spot of Yorkville. Recognized for its unique city and modern setting, Sassafraz has distinguished itself as one of the top 15 venues for intimate weddings in Toronto.
The venue has over 10,000 sq. ft. on two levels and provides the following event spaces:
● Bellair: This room is for private style events. In a sitting event, this space can take about 32 guests. In a cocktail-style event, it would take about 80 guests.
● Cumberland: This is another private event room. It is larger and can take up about 72 guests in a sitting event and 140 guests for cocktail style.
● Private rooms combined: They may combine both private spaces to create a larger room with a capacity of about 225 guests.
● The Main Dining Room: This is their facility for larger weddings. It can accommodate about 150-seated guests and nearly 200 standing guests.
