About The Millennium Centre
The Millennium Centre is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, a 5-minutes drive from Winnipeg city center, in the Exchange District's heart. The historic banquet hall venue opened in 1912, situated in the Canadian Bank of Commerce Building. The venue boasts different wedding styles, from city, glamorous, classic, rustic, to vintage. The Millennium Centre features 52-foot high stained-glass dome ceilings, walls, columns, and marble floors. It offers an indoor setting for wedding events.
• Celebration Hall features 14-foot ceilings with a 52-foot stained-glass dome, marble floors and walls, Corinthian columns on the exterior, and tellers' counters. It is approximately 6,000 square feet and can accommodate 300 seated guests or 600 standing guests.
• The Tapestry Room was originally the bank managers' office that features a striking mahogany fireplace, original tapestry on the walls, and a restored ceiling. It has leather furniture and high-backed gold leaf chairs that make it perfect for a game room or intimate event space. It can comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests.
