Assiniboine Park is a historic hotel located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, a 12-minutes’ drive from the city center. It was established in 1908. The venue boasts of offering a covered outdoor and an indoor setting that is ideal for various types of events like corporate events, business meetings, or special events. Assiniboine Park offers several wedding events styles that include garden, glamorous, classic, and modern. The hotel was in the limelight in 2018 for the Employer Awards, and it has several accolades gained over the years.
Assinniboine Park facilities are nine event spaces with four events ideal for hosting a wedding event: The Pavilion Atrium, Qualico Family Center, and Assiniboine Park Zoo.
• The Pavilion features a gorgeous exterior patio with world elegance and charm. The room can accommodate up to 130 guests in a reception setting for Atrium. Pavilion Galleries can hold up to 100 guests in a reception setting.
• Qualico Family Center is on the Riley Family Duck Pond, with the glass walls of the room give stunning views of Assiniboine Park. It has two spaces with different capacities, namely Park Café and Tamarack room can accommodate 220 standing guests.
• Assiniboine Park Zoo offers your guests stunning views of polar bears. The room features a 150-foot-wide wall of 9-foot-high windows. The Gateway to the Arctic can host up to 90 seated guests and 250 standing guests, whereas Tundra Grill can hold up to 100 seated guests or 140 standing guests.
