RBC Convention Centre is the ultimate event centre with three different levels located in downtown Winnipeg. They offer newly renovated spaces with modern facilities that everybody admires. From business meetings to galas, exhibitions to private parties and many other events can be held in this spectacular venue.

Facilities and Capacity

If you cannot decide on your wedding space, RBC Convention Centre offers numerous function areas spread over 260,000 square feet. It has three different floors with different rooms to accommodate any type and style of weddings.

First -Ground Floor Level
● Meeting Rooms 1-13 provides various spaces to host your wedding. Their capacities vary from 90 guests to 240 guests in banquet style. You can merge these rooms for your weddings with over 1000 guests.
● York Ballroom can host large weddings with over 750 guests very comfortably. With its high ceilings, large windows and spaciousness, your guests always enjoy the time at your wedding. You can also divide this contemporary space into 4 sub rooms for your medium-sized weddings or use them for different functions.

Second Floor
● Meeting Rooms 2E-2H is the largest space on the second floor with a lot of space and full of light. The smallest one can accommodate up to 310 guests in banquet style, and when you combine all of the rooms, it increases to 1300 guests.
● Millennium Suites is a blank canvas with modern facilities to host your wedding. This private room can host up to 170 guests in banquets or 270 guests in cocktail weddings.
● Pan Ann Room is another versatile space that has a contemporary atmosphere. It can host up to 250 guests in banquets and 435 guests in cocktail weddings. It also has windows along the CCR Gallery Concourse.

Third Floor
● City Room / Hall C is a unique space with decorations in the ceilings and full of windows on one side. It is one of the most prominent spaces in the area that can accommodate up to 3150 guests in a banquet or 4700 guests in cocktail style.
