About Kits House
The Kitsilano Neighborhood House, popularly known as Kits House, is a non-profit charity aiming to help the vulnerable sections of our society and ensure that our society continues to stay together. Kits House as your chosen wedding venue will not only provide you with a beautiful event space but will also come with a helpful and friendly team who will spare no effort to make your dream wedding a reality. It has also been titled as one of the Loveliest Venues in Canada by Wedding Bells in 2018.
The Kits House Community Hall is a 1,575 sq. ft. event space that has been remodelled recently. Here you can accommodate up to 120 guests comfortably.
● Multiple packages are available for your wedding, ranging from ceremony only to ceremony and reception packages with all services included.
● The kitchenette on-site, tables, chairs, and globe lights are included as part of the rental.
● There is also a commercial kitchen on-site that can be used based on the package that you have selected.
● The Forever package also includes all facilities provided with the venue, including sound and lighting systems, furniture, and 12-hour event duration.
● 3 hours access to the function area before the actual day is provided for setup and decoration for couples booking for both the wedding ceremony and reception on-site.
● Mic and P/A System are also available.
● Multiple layouts are available in the function spaces for you to choose from. You can also customize the design and package as per your requirements.
● There is an elevated stage area in the function space.
● You can also contact Umbrella Events, which provide a range of rentals and event management services along with special pricing for events held at Kits House.
