About Aberthau Mansion
Aberthau Mansion is also known as West Point Grey, the community center for the neighbourhood. This Vancouver wedding venue is ideal for couples who want an affordable and stunning wedding venue for their intimate celebration. Aberthau Mansion offers Tudor architecture.
Aberthau Mansion has various indoor and outdoor wedding spaces.
● Aberthau Main Floor is suitable for 90 guests for seated style or 120 guests for cocktail style.
● The Garden is suitable for wedding ceremonies. It can host 90 guests.
● The Oak Room has stained glass windows with ornamental moulding, suited for intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions. This space can accommodate up to 60 guests.
● The Dining Room immersed in wooden architecture is suited for medium-sized gatherings. It can accommodate up to 60 guests.
● The Library is also made for small gatherings. This space can also accommodate up to 30 guests.
● 3rd party catering

● A baby-grand Piano is also available for rental at the venue.
● Limited Onsite parking
The venue features Tudor- style decor. Additional decorations using painter’s tape can be done in the venue as per couples’ styling. Also, tables and chairs are provided at the venue, and it includes 11 round tables, outdoor ceremony chairs, banquet chairs, a podium, square and rectangular tables.
● Aberthau Mansion does not offer any catering services, and couples are free to use any preferred caterer for their wedding.
● A Special Event Permit needs to be obtained by the renter for serving alcohol at the function, which can only include wine and beer. Hard alcohol is not permitted.
● Foodservice is only permitted in the Foyer area, Oak Room, Dining Room, and Lounge.
