About KIN
The KIN is situated at 0N 379A St-Catherine West, Montreal. It is directly accessed to Sainte-Catherine Street. The 1407 St Alexandre is accessible by use of elevators and also those persons that are disabled. It is a beautiful space in a historic building with various outstanding amenities for guests. ● Griffin's town room has no windows but is fitted with neon lighting.
● Le Plateau room has a full window wall to serve as an explicit relaxation, display, or photo booth room.
● Westmount offers big windows with cool pillows and storage cabinets.
● Carnegie is the largest room that holds a maximum capacity of 150 guests. It has an excellent minibar, coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen.
● An event package pricing. This includes the Carnegie room package that accommodates 10 to 180 attendees and is for all event types. The Conference room package pricing is for meetings only.
● Event planning and design services.
● Qualified personnel guarantee the organization and accomplishment of the event

The KIN is made of brick walls that are 150 years old with refurbished space that gives a vintage and modern outlook. The lightings are fluorescents hanging from the ceilings, making the space appear more filled and enhancing the venue's attractiveness. The floor, chairs, and tables display a natural, classy, and elegant feature in the venue.
The venue is home to a complete large kitchen that prepares delicacies under the customized menus. Alcohol is also available for the guests. Mouthwatering unlimited coffee is the main beverage that is prepared in the kitchen. All these catering services are done at no extra costs.
