About Rachael James Photography
Rachael James Photography is a wedding photography service located in Ottawa. The owner and principal wedding photographer is Rachael James. She took to wedding photography after she became a mother as she always wanted to see togetherness, and she found that in plenty when she shoots bridal couples and their families on their wedding day. She has backed herself to do a good job and learned very hard on her own, and came out on tops.
Rachael felt the need for storytelling, people and creativity, and she found that shooting weddings offered these attributes satisfying her needs. She tries to take candid photos so that they are real, beautiful and ethereal. Her subjects, who are wedding couples and their families, provide these moments in plenty. She wants her bridal couples to be fun-loving and relaxed, so the real people are seen enjoying the wedding. It is here that she captures those moments. She tries to set up her shoots with soft natural light and genuine smiles from the participants.
Rachael offers many wedding photography services.
• She offers one event per day with a second shooter and an engagement shoot.
• She delivers high-resolution digital files that can be shared on social media and printed to build albums, canvas or prints.
Rachael is a conscientious wedding photographer always looking for the sparks that can depict the love and gaiety that accompanies a wedding celebration. She eagerly waits for these moments and instantly captures them on her camera to record them for posterity.
