About Katie O'Brien Photography
Katie O'Brien is young, energetic, and loves the outdoors. Her love for travel to all destinations, from climbing glaciers to visiting a volcano in Panama, allows her to do destination weddings comfortably. As a photographer specialising in elopements, she could be the wedding photographer for you when you have an intimate affair that you want to capture in the middle of nowhere. While her base and home are in Ontario, Canada, you will seldom find her there as she is a traveller by heart.
Katie started her photography business in 2010 with a focus on large traditional weddings. Since then, she has changed her style and ventured away from large weddings to intimate and spontaneous wedding celebrations, especially elopements. Even though she started her photography career at 22 years old, she has a degree in criminology.
