About Colleen Olafson

In 1993, Rev Colleen was chosen as a marriage commissioner by the Province of Manitoba Marriage Commissioner, and since then, she has performed almost 2000 wedding ceremonies. In 2013, she was asked to officiate three funerals, and in January 2014, in the United States, she took part in the In-Sight Institute funeral celebrant training. As a licensed marriage commissioner, she is open to performing marriages for opposite-sex, same-sex, and other couples with different religious backgrounds. Whether you have a plan for an elopement or a plan for a ground-breaking party, Colleen ensures a stress-free and enjoyable ceremony that will bring a smile to everyone’s face.
