Headed up by DJ PRO, Hiway Productions has been voted as the #1 DJ company on Vancouver Island in 2019 and 2020. They use their expertise and skills to help you plan your wedding and event. So whether it's an intimate setting or a large-scale venue, they know how important it is to mark your first day as a married couple and will do everything to make sure you receive the special day you both deserve. They cover a broad spectrum of music genres, including country, hip hop, oldies, pop, soul, rock, R&B, top 40 and international tracks.
Ron Larson has many years of experience from various radio stations covering pop to country and classic rock. His most recent work includes 100.3 the Q in Victoria, proving that he has the expertise and music knowledge to appeal to a broad audience. Hiway Productions' reputation has seen them be listed as a recommended vendor at key venues around Vancouver Island such as Empress, Hatley Castle, The Inn at Laurel Point, Church and State Winery, Sooke Prestiege, Seacider, Merridale, Coast Harbour Hotel, the Parkside Hotel and Delta.
Their wedding package includes six hours of playtime and elite dance lighting, and an up-to-date sound system. They include wireless microphones and a professionally turned-out DJ. They are happy to extend the duration of their service and will discuss with you during your consultation what will work best with your timings. There are no additional costs for basic MC services. There are a ceremony package and slideshow package for couples to choose from. If couples want additional equipment such as projectors or uplighting, they can source these for you for an additional cost.
