About Hotel Nelligan
Hotel Nelligan is located in Old Montreal in a historic building just within a 5-minutes walk of the Basilique Notre-Dame and multiple galleries and restaurants. The décor in the venue is timeless and classic with contemporary and elegant rooms. The historic Hotel Nelligan is a four-pearl boutique hotel with rooms that nicely combine details like exposed brick walls with modern amenities like minibars and flat screens TVs. Some rooms have large balconies, and others have fireplaces making this venue one of the best event venues in Montreal. The hotel was built in 2002 and later renovated in 2016 to the beautiful structure it is today.
The Hotel Nelligan has 7,000 square feet of event space available for rental.
• The Royale Ballroom has modern lighting, brick walls, and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light, a hardwood dance floor. It can host up to 200 guests.
• Verses Banquet Room is elegantly set with exposed brick walls, a wood floor, and white tablecloths. It can accommodate up to 120 guests.
• The sonnet, Prelude, and Poesie can host a smaller number of guests and are suitable for intimate gatherings. The invitees can be the nearest and dearest only. The capacities range from 10 to 50 guests in these rooms.
