About Terminal City Club
Celebrate your love at one of Vancouver’s premier wedding destinations, Terminal City Club. With timeless elegance, the venue greets guests with warm champagne hues and rich wood tones. It is an exceptional choice for couples seeking a sophisticated venue for their special day. Terminal City Club’s professional Catering Department is ready to assist couples in any way to ensure an impressive and memorable celebration.
Spread over a function space of 8,600 square feet, the club features two ballrooms and various beautiful patios.
The Metropolitan Ballroom is the largest ballroom in the Club, featuring a marvelous built-in hardwood dance floor, antique chandeliers, and floor to ceiling windows. It can accommodate up to 260 guests with dinner and dancing.
The Terrace Ballroom features a spectacular terrace, with views of the Burrard Inlet and North Shore Mountains. This ballroom can seat up to 120 guests for dinner and dancing, or 200 for standing cocktail hours.
TCC’s Catering Department is dedicated to helping couples throughout the wedding planning process. Amenities for couples booking with Terminal City Club include:

Custom-made wedding cakes are available, created by the venue’s award-winning pastry team. They also offer an extensive wine menu, paired with their menu options by the in house sommelier.
Offering a taste of the amazing cuisine Vancouver has to offer, TCC offers three buffet options, and a custom plated menu option.
Group rates for wedding guests are available at the Auberge Vancouver Hotel, which is conveniently located inside the Terminal City Club.
Terminal City Club was founded in 1892 by the city’s mayor at the time and a group of entrepreneurs as a private member's club. The Club has since evolved into a modern multi-functional high-rise, catering to events of every kind.
