About Soundhouse Studios
Soundhouse Studios provides a modern industrial event space ideal for a unique wedding. This recording studio offers a one of its kind with contemporary interiors that create a refined and sophisticated setting for various events. It is one of the premier rehearsal studios in Vancouver and can now be the place where you say ‘I do’. The Soundhouse Studios team also takes care of all safety requirements to ensure that you have a worry-free celebration.
The Mezzanine at Soundhouse Studios is an 1800 sq. ft. open event space with air conditioning. It has abundant natural lighting and is an airy venue for any type of celebration. This room has a capacity of 100 guests.
• The event area has a flexible floor plan, and the seating plan can be customized as per your requirement.
• There is dedicated staff on-site throughout the event who provide technical support for audio equipment and any other facilities provided as part of the rental.
• PA system rentals are available on request, included with setup, teardown, and technical support.
• Some modern furniture, including high-top tables, bar-height serving tables, and bar stools, are included as part of the rental.
• Free wi-fi is available across the function space and the studio.
• Event timings are flexible, and you can rent for any duration as per your requirement. The standard rental duration for weddings is 10 hours.
• There are five dedicated parking spots for visitors at the Soundhouse Studios. There is street parking available near the studio as well.
• The Soundhouse Studios does not provide any in-house catering, and you are free to work with any licensed catering service of your choice.
• A special occasions license is required to serve liquor/alcohol during the event. You will also need to hire a licensed bartender for serving liquor.
