Lanark County, just west of Ottawa, is home to Temple's Country Weddings. In the midst of 77 acres of magnificent sugar bush, Temple Sugar Bush is the perfect country wedding venue for your big day. It offers a stately timber frame reception/dining hall, stunning flower gardens, and two stunning outdoor ceremony sites. Temple Sugar Bush can accommodate all types of weddings, whether it is a summer garden wedding complete with butterflies and zinnias or an outdoor winter ceremony complete with one of our famous Taffy on snows.
Located in the middle of forests and gardens, Temple Sugar Bush's atmospheric main hall can accommodate up to 200 people in a timber-framed structure. Thanks to the handcrafted stone fireplace and the display of a black cherry mantle above the fireplace, the setting makes it an ideal venue for an intimate indoor ceremony. In addition to enjoying the beautiful perennial gardens, the woodland glade is the perfect setting for outdoor ceremonies. Following the ceremony, a cocktail hour can be held in the garden or on the patio, where a reception can be held.
