About Heartland Forest
One of the most reserved and natural venues in Ontario is the Heartland forest. Heartland Forest is only 1 hour, 20 minutes away from Toronto, and it sits on 93 acres of land in Niagara Falls. This Banquet Hall and Zoo/park type wedding venue have the country, rustic, vintage, and garden-style, making it a perfect location for couples who want to have a wedding in a natural environment/ close to nature. The venue can be used for cocktail and ceremony weddings, and it has a lush green landscape that makes it aesthetically pleasing and picturesque. The history of Heartland forest goes back to 1999 when the founder Dan purchased the land to preserve it from being an industrial hub. The privately-owned forest became open in 2004.
There are three indoor and outdoor event spaces in the Heartland Forest that can be used for the wedding.
● The first space is the indoor banquet hall that can hold up to 150 wedding guests.
● The second is the park/zoo accommodating up to 20 to 150.
● The third is the uncovered outdoor space that can also hold up to 150 guests.
Other facilities include the Carolinian forest, natural ponds, parks, and lots more.

The decorative style of the Heartland Forest is a mix of both modern and rustic styles. There are chair covers and sashes, lots of flowers, flowery backdrops, and centrepieces on dinner tables, ribbons, and chandeliers across the hall. White chiffon materials are also used to decorate the tables, and there are beautiful wall fixtures within the hall.
