About L'Auberge Saint Gabriel
L’Auberg Sait-Gabriel is a historic mansion wedding venue located in Montreal, near the Old Port of Montreal. A French Soldier built the venue in 1688 and was the first to receive a liquor license on March 4, 1754. The venue was purchased in 1987 by the Bolay family and was designed by Bruno Braen, who incorporated icons that symbolize Quebec’s history and Quebec’s history. Decors in the L'Auberge Saint-Gabriel shows us the history of the entire continent. This historic venue is also suitable for various large-scale events to keep up with nightlife.
L'Auberge Saint-Gabriel is chic and elegant for any wedding size, with four rooms to choose from Dulong Hall, Grenier Hall, Sabrevois Hall, and Truteau Hall.
● Grenier Hall is on the top of the building and occupies nearly the whole floor. It is the largest space in the L'Auberge Saint-Gabriel with its historic ambiance. The room can accommodate up to 150 seated guests and 200 standing guests for a cocktail wedding. It is self-contained with a cocktail party area, bar, working fireplace and an air conditioning unit that keeps the room and guests cool. With its round tables that can accommodate 8-10 guests, you will have a perfect family wedding style.
● Sabrevois Hall is the restaurant’s main dining area that can accommodate up to 80 seated guests with a terrace that can accommodate 50 guests. It has a lobby and beautiful ceiling lighting. Also, ıt has fame in public media, such as Le Devoir listed Sabrevois Hall in the top 10 dining experiences and La Presse’s food critics commented as spectacular.
● Dulong Hall has 64 seated guests or 80 standing guests for a cocktail format and is located on the first floor of the venue. It has its private entrance, bar, washroom and cloakroom. Also, It has air conditioning to freshen up the room.
● Truteau Hall is at the front of the bar on the right of the entrance. It fascinates everybody with its unique decors that are completely restyled by the designer Bruno Braën. It has a seating capacity of 112 guests and up to 200 standing guests in a cocktail format. Moreover, the working fireplace just completes the decoration that will create unforgettable wedding experiences.
