Fort Henry, built as a fortification during the 1812 war era and following that time it was renovated in 1837, bears the stamp of history. With its location overlooking Kingston’s historic downtown, Canada’s Royal Military College and Lake Ontario was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007.
