About Jordan Historical Museum
The School House was established in 1859 and has been preserved by the Heritage Society within the Jordan Historical Museum. It functions as the ideal setting for a small vintage wedding in Ontario.
It is located an hour away from Toronto Pearson International Airport and the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Plus, the Heritage Home is surrounded by top hotels. The proximity makes this venue accessible to the wedding party regardless of their travel and accommodation plans.
Upon request, the staff and external vendors can transform this sun-lit classroom into a scenic spot for a small wedding in Ontario. You can also use the manicured grounds within the premises for an outdoor ceremony/wedding reception near Twenty Mile Creek.
The single-room schoolhouse accommodates an intimate gathering of approximately 50 guests. The staff can align the seating configuration with your guest list for convenience and comfort.
As a small wedding venue in Ontario, it provides limited choices in terms of services. Yet, the rustic scenery, pleasant ambience, and welcoming staff are sufficient for this memorable event.

In-house catering is unavailable at present. You may consult the staff for outdoor reception options and required permissions.
