Premium Events and Design was born by Mariama Barrie’s phone call with one of her mentors some weeks after graduating from the University. She co-project managed a two-day city festival that attracted over 65,000 people annually. With zero business knowledge and limited experience in event planning, the project taught her many aspects such as sponsorship, securing city permits, set up and tear down, and vendor management.
With 8 years of experience in Premium Events and Design in the bag, Mariama Barrie, the founder and principal planner, has creatively and meticulously crafted well-organized events of differing sizes and purposes for clients. She coordinates and communicates well with both clients and vendors so as to expertly execute their preferred style in a fun and joyful wedding planning adventure.

• Full Service: This includes ceremonial and reception production, venue sourcing, catering management, guest invite coordination, venue design and staging, set up and tear down.
• Design and Staging: This package offers venue staging and set up, flower creations, light and sound production, table settings and custom installations.
• Week Out Event Management and Execution: Subscribing for this service guarantees you lead hired service providers and vendors, detailed event timeline, takeover all event aspects to be executed, final 72-hour on-call support, day of event management, which includes set up and tear down.
