• Planning meeting
• Venue visit

• Detail confirmation with all vendors and venues

• Consultation session to discuss your overall vision/theme for the ceremony and reception spaces (2hours)
• Site-visit to ceremony and reception venues to plan the décor concept and discuss a floor plan (2hours)
• Three décor designs will be created and presented to you in the form of inspiration boards with a detailed report outlining the rental and décor items within your budget and style (2hour)
• A detailed budget for the décor designs will be created, giving vendor recommendations and quotes/ cost.
• Day of wedding coordination package included.
