About Tulle and Tweed Photography
Tulle and Tweed Photography is a wedding photography service located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Heather is the primary wedding photographer and also the owner. With a decade of wedding photography experience, she regularly travels to Courtney/Comox, Tofino, Ucluelet, Nanaimo, Cowichan Valley, Shawnigan Lake, Port Renfrew, Sooke, the Vancouver area and the Gulf Islands for destination weddings and elopements. She is also available for destination weddings outside Canada as well.
Heather has been in the wedding photography business for over a decade now. She completed her BFA in Visual Arts in Photography and Painting from the University of Victoria, and since then, has been taking up wedding photography assignments. She is fond of Nikon cameras and lenses, which are stapled equipment for her, and she plans for contingencies with a backup. Heather’s wedding photography style is predicated on natural and guided poses told in documentary style to capture reality. She decides on the best locations with appropriate lighting. Post-production, she edits to bring out natural colours in the backdrop of the abundant beauty of the west coast. Her images clearly show that she is sensitive and deeply caring for her customers.
Heather offers a full-day wedding package that runs up to 10 hours of continuous coverage. She offers elopements, partial day wedding packages too, cross-cultural and multi-day weddings. She delivers photo timeline creation, full support and guidance, an online photo gallery that can be shared, and full-size digital images for download. She is licensed and holds business and liability insurance.
Apart from weddings, she also covers boudoir shoots, family and maternity sessions, proposals, lifestyle shoots, and branding photography.
Heather is a consummate wedding photographer who simply loves all human beings, and she will take up wedding photography assignments of any type, including cross-cultural weddings, same-sex weddings, alternative and offbeat weddings. You can fill the form to reach out to her to discuss details.
