Jennifer ruined my wedding.

I had several meetings with her and even reminded her to send me quotes because she wouldn't send it when she promised.

My bouquet I asked a cascade bouquet with everything white flowers very little green. She delivered a huge bouquet cascade, not properly made with all the greens and some white flowers. I told her I disliked and she told me she couldn't do anything. In a later email that I sent asking what the hell happened on the day? (Many things happened.) She said that she was offended and hurt, making herself the victim. I always dreamed growing up of my dress and my bouquet. She failed in the bouquet. The bouquet was some what pretty but I was stuck with it because the ceremony started in one hour. I requested one of the bridesmaid bouquet to be dropped off at the hotel and it looked beautiful. I said I prefer the bridesmaid bouquet over my bouquet, she said I could have done that but you wanted cascade and I said because you said you are able to make it. Because this discussion took 30 minutes, I was late getting ready but we made it on time to the wedding.

At the church we arrived on time for the ceremony and they tell me the other 2 bouquets didn't arrive on time. I called her 20 times! And she didn't answer, we did this for 20 minutes. We knew she had been there because the other things were there. After everybody looked every corner of the church, We broke the bouquet we did have because we were 10 minutes late for the ceremony! When we are starting to walk down the aisle all of the sudden the guy shows up with 2 missing bouquets. She said there was a lot of traffic, I consider it revenge due to my comments and lack of communication.
She told me she forgot and because she lost her mom during this season and she was distracted (Played the victim again). I told her, if she would be so affected she should not have taken the job and should have made other arrangements. She should have communicated of saying they were in the way and answer my phone calls (Apparently her phone was on silent,a reliable vendor to have on the day no?). I cried because of this before my ceremony.

When I walk down the aisle, I see my groom and then I see the flower I asked for (Baby breath white was the plan but got the Thanksgiving flowers of the church plus pink roses, baby breath and other green stuff) I payed $400 for that alone and nothing match. Her response was that I never told her to do the removal and blame it on the priest. I always said that's all the flowers I wanted and if the priest gave her a hard time, why she didn't call me? I consider it laziness and a vendor that does the minimun nor follow instructions or hear her client again. I wanted to cry the whole ceremony and couldn't focus.

I asked Jennifer for baby breath head band and not a crown and a heart. Got a very poor quality crown and heart that was so weak, it bended in 5 minutes. The boutineers were such bad quality they broke just holding it and the magnets weren't strong enough and they would fall. I wanted one white rose and baby breath. I got 3 small flowers 2 white and one pink.

The reception flowers were pretty but not what I asked for. I asked for money back because everything cost me money so I don't get it back, she blocked my number and she didn't respond to my email. I'm warning any bride and groom, Not to hire her and feel free to reach out to me in case they want me to go more on detail. She will probably play the victim again and say I didn't communicate properly. I always did but she did whatever she wanted and didn't listen.

Beware of this vendor. She takes your deposit and then ghosts you. We’re not the first to experience this. She will reply to bad reviews with a novel of insults and comebacks.
