As a young chef, Chef Nicholas began his apprenticeship at the Aerie Luxury Resort under Chef Christophe Letard. Continuing his passion for west coast cuisine, Chef Nicholas joined the Relais Chateaux chain.
Chef Nicholas worked in large and small businesses before joining Feys and Hobbs Catered Arts in 2009 as Executive Sous Chef. During those four years, he has learned what it takes to provide his customers and their guests with exceptional dining experiences.
Using only the finest ingredients, Chef Nicholas Waters' cuisine is carefully customized to meet the exact needs of each event and to meet its specific style and culinary requirements. As part of the catering service, all catering menus are seasonally inspired, savory, and presented in an attractive manner.
