Located on the shores of Lake Skaha and only 5 minutes away from the quaint Penticton Airport, Barefoot Beach Resort is a unique and picturesque beachfront wedding venue for your special day.

If you are planning to say your “I do’s” at a beach-style wedding, then this venue is perfect for you. With its ability to accommodate multiple festivities and green spaces, and scenic views, Barefoot Beach Resort can add that extra specialness to your already special ceremony.

Facilities and Capacity

The Resort is a beautiful beachfront venue that offers a breathtaking covered stage beside Lake Skaha. This splendid private beach is an ideal setting to host an intimate ceremony or reception. Hygienic on-site private washrooms are provided.

Right beside the stage lies a cabana hut that can be used as a service/bar area. A small 14-unit yurt village is offered by the resort to accommodate your guests for an overnight stay. Out of these 14 units, two units are situated right on the beach. You can host up to 100 people in these facilities.

Catering should be booked separately for your event. Due to Barefoot Beach Resort's unique location, they only work with a select few vendors, which is why it is recommended to contact them beforehand regarding the same.

Accommodation

Minimum yurt booking is required for all wedding reception bookings and after 11.00 pm are maintained as quiet hours at the location. So, after the winding up of your ceremony, your guests can enjoy a relaxed stay at the huts or take a walk around the lake beneath the stars.
