About The Georgetown Inn
The Georgetown Inn is located at 1101 Bow Valley Tr, Canmore, Alberta, Canada. It is a wedding venue suitable for couples looking for a low-key wedding. The venue offers a very homely feel to the guests and has been operating for many years now. A lot of greenery surrounds the Georgetown Inn, and a mountain nearby gives the perfect backdrop to the venue during sunsets and sunrise.
There are two event spaces present at The Georgetown Inn. The venue also offers two unique guest rooms that can be booked for the guests who plan to stay overnight for the wedding.
• Miners Lamp Dining Room - This room can seat 35 guests for a wedding dinner or party. For cocktail parties or other standing parties, it can accommodate up to 50 guests at maximum.
• Snug - The maximum capacity of this room is 14 people. It is a fixed board room, which is more suitable to conduct meetings formal or informal. For weddings, however, the Miners Lamp Dining Room is more apt.

The Georgetown Inn has a very homely decor and feel. There are paintings on the wall with a bright golden lamp hanging off the ceiling. The tables and chairs are entirely built of wood and usually have a cloth covering on top. But it can be done upon the request of the customers. The entire floor is wooden, and the venue uses balloons and flowers for decorating the room.
