About Pacific National Exhibition
The Pacific National Exhibition in Vancouver is a premier venue for your wedding ceremony and reception. This one-of-a-kind venue also houses a carousel and a wooden roller coaster- something that no other venue in Vancouver offers. Pacific National Exhibition has a mix of indoor and outdoor areas for celebrations and dedicated and experienced staff who help curate a special experience every time. The venue has a history of hosting the finest events, having been a part of the city’s heritage since 1910.
• The Pacific Coliseum is the largest event space with over 1700 guests in a banquet setting. This event space can accommodate up to 4,000 guests in a cocktail-style setting, making it one of the largest event areas in Vancouver.
• The Pacific Room is a smaller event space within the Pacific Coliseum. It has a private entrance, a separate bar, and a private kitchen. This space can accommodate up to 429 guests in a cocktail-style reception or seat up to 350 guests.
• The Hastings Room offers 3,600 sq. ft. of event space along with a projector and a PA system. His space can also be divided into smaller event areas for intimate gatherings. It has a capacity of 200 guests seated or 275 guests in a cocktail-style reception.
• The Gardens and Green Spaces at the Pacific National Exhibition offer outdoor event areas across various gardens. The Momiji Garden offers a space for up to 150 guests seated or 300 cocktail-style.
• The Pacific National Exhibition team takes care of on-site coordination on the day of the event.
• All event areas have flexible floor plans, and the events team helps you create one that is perfect for your celebration.
• Table linens, napkins, table skirts, and basic furniture and cutlery are part of the rental.
• Set up and tear down work is taken care of by the staff.
• The screen and projector are included as part of the rental.
• A portable audio system, wireless mic, and iPod connectivity are available.
• Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.
• The function space can also be used for wedding rehearsals a day before the event.
• The staff takes care of setting up and taking down all basic decor.
• Additional decorations like wedding favours, place cards, centrepieces, etc., can also be used.
• Early access a day before the event for decoration is provided subject to availability. Setup and tear down of the same must be managed by the client.
