About The Sea Lion Estate

The Sea Lion Estate is a picturesque waterfront property. The Sea Lion Estate sits on 3.5 acres of pristine, private acreage! The perfect back drop for a wedding, corporate event or a simple family getaway.

We offer a 6,000 sft rustic/modern home to include 6 bedrooms and 6 bathroom with a secondary guest house.

Guests will enjoy breathtaking sunsets, marine wildlife, privacy for any special event.

Facilities and Capacity

The grounds/exterior can hold up to 120 guests with accommodations for max 16 in the main house and an additional 6 located in the guest house.

Services

The estate is a luxury vacation rental and just happens to also have the perfect setting to make your wedding, vacation or corporate functions amazing.

Decorations

All decor, and event equipment must be sourced independently. The Sea Lion Estate doesn’t offer any decor options.

In-House Catering

They do not offer in-house catering. The guests are to independently source catering options. But the venue can suggest a variety of options.

The Sea Lion Estate sleeps 16 guests with additional accommodation in the guest house for an additional 6 guests. During peek season they do require a 3-night min. Some exceptions do apply.
