About University Golf Club
The University Golf Club offers a sophisticated and classy venue for your romantic wedding ceremony and reception. This venue is located at the University Golf Club gazebo. This all-in-one location has everything to make your wedding ceremony, reception, photography, and banquet needs to be taken care of in a stress-free and memorable way. Couples who are looking for an affordable and unique wedding venue with something different will find that the University Golf Club ticks all the right boxes.
The two function rooms at the University Golf Club have dance floors built-in and also feature private patios to give a mix of both indoor and outdoor spaces:
•The Salon with 2,400 square feet of the area can accommodate 200 guests seated or 250 in a cocktail-style celebration.
•The Westpoint Room is an intimate event space offering 1,600 square feet of the stunning event area. This space can accommodate up to 90 guests seated or 100 in a cocktail-style reception.
•A dedicated Event Coordinator assists you in each step of the planning process.
•You can pick any of the preset packages or customize a unique package with your Event Coordinator.
•A ceremony rehearsal at the Gazebo Garden followed by dinner can also be arranged.
•Sound systems with speakers and other audio equipment are also available.
•Backup location for outdoor ceremonies is also available in case of unfavourable weather.
•Signing table, basic furniture, linen, and table runners are provided as part of the package.
•One server is dedicated to the setup and takedown. Additional servers are also available to assist you with the setup and takedown as required.
•The Gazebo area can also be utilized for wedding photography.
•The University Golf Club has in-house catering offering various menu types and dishes. There are lunch/brunch menus, dinner menus, banquet buffets, and more.
•A variety of wines, champagnes, and spirits are available. You can either customize a beverage package or have a cash bar.
