Surrounded by the stunning Stanley Park, the Brockton Pavilion is a stunning wedding venue that is a part of the Brockton Oval, home of the Evergreens RFC, Vancouver Rugby Union, and also the BC Mainland League. This relaxed and laid-back venue offers a function space surrounded by greenery and natural beauty for your wedding. The sophisticated and classy decor of the clubhouse at Brockton Pavilion makes the perfect setting for couples who want to get married in a unique setting.
● The 2nd-floor lounge at Brockton Pavilion Clubhouse is the main function space. This room can be utilized for casual weddings, receptions, and any other celebration you may want to host. It can accommodate up to 50 guests easily.
● The Rugby Hall of Fame is also available for intimate gatherings. This room is suited for pre-dinner cocktails and luncheons. It has direct access to the grounds and lawn. It can accommodate up to 40 guests.
● The hardwood floor of the lounge is ideal for setting up a dance floor or any type of seating arrangement that you want.
● The lounge includes an audio system along with six speakers. An in-house mic is also available for announcements.
● You can hire a DJ for your guests’ entertainment as well. Do note that a SOCAN fee is applicable for playing music at the venue.
● Both function spaces include large TVs that can be utilized as required.
● The main floor also includes a small kitchen that your catering service can utilize.
● On-site parking is available for your guests.
● The clubhouse staff provides coffee, water, and beverage services.
