About Lipont Place

Lipont Place is located 3km north of Richmond in Metro Vancouver. The Lipont Place is the latest international venue capable of staging performances, trade shows, meetings, and exhibitions. Its facilities can also be used as a wedding venue, taking advantage of its experience in organizing events of international stature and being located in Richmond, a famous city for holding international events.

Facilities and Capacity

Lipont Place has three event spaces that can serve as wedding venues:
•The Garage Art Space is primarily an exhibition venue for contemporary art. Its 5,800-square foot area has high ceilings with steel beams facilitating the hanging of art pieces. This facility can accommodate 310 guests and is ideal as a wedding venue for large gatherings.
•The Lobby is a breathtaking venue offering commanding views of Aberdeen Shopping Centre and SkyTrain station on three sides through 20-foot high windows with clear UV protection film. The lobby can accommodate 191 guests and is ideal for holding wedding functions besides other events.
•The VIP Room is a much smaller space meant for small gatherings of up to 35 guests. This venue can serve as a beautiful venue for a small intimate wedding reception and parties and meetings.
