About The Waring House
The Waring House has a rustic aura that is both charming and aesthetic. Located in Picton, Ontario, the Waring House is a beautiful venue with a magnificent banquet hall and exquisite gardens. The venue is ideal for a range of events, from wedding receptions and ceremonies to engagement parties, bridal showers, and rehearsal dinners.
At the Waring House, you’re offered both indoor and outdoor options for hosting your event. For outdoor ceremonies, the Gazebo is the ideal choice. You can choose the 240-sq-ft big Waring Hall for larger indoor events, which can accommodate up to 175 guests. The Hall is a spectacular space adorned with nine magnificent chandeliers. You can choose to rent the Prince Edward Room for smaller indoor ceremonies. It can accommodate around 30 guests and features a beautiful fireplace.
At the Waring House, you can choose a customized package of services to ensure that your wedding day goes just as you want it to. You can either bring your own vendors or choose from a list of recommended vendors offered by the venue.

The venue also offers the services of in-house culinary experts who will prepare a customized menu exactly according to your wishes. They offer a delicious buffet, hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and plated meals. The chefs are also very accommodating of the special dietary needs of your guests and will be happy to serve them accordingly. You can also bring your own vendors for catering if you choose to.
The Waring House offers 49 guest rooms at the venue, some of which even feature their own outdoor hot tub. You can choose to rent any number of rooms to accommodate your guests. The venue offers special group discounts for reserving a block of rooms for your wedding guests.
