About Oshawa and District Shrine Club
The Oshawa and District Shrine Club falls under Toronto's Shrine Temple's leadership, the largest philanthropy globally, with its headquarters in Tampa, Florida. This organization operates more than twenty children's hospitals. Shrine hospitals are in place to supply the highest possible care to children in need. The Oshawa branch opened in 1944 and is under the Rameses Temple in Toronto's Jurisdiction. In 1956, The Oshawa and District Shrine Club became a non-profit weddings and events organization venue that help children in need.
Banquet hall caters for up to 200 seated guests in their large hall to accommodate both ceremonies and the reception. The hall has direct access to several bathrooms, built-in bars, and a large dance floor and stage for live music and DJs.
