If you ever wanted to have a uniquely memorable wedding or any other ceremony in nature, this is the place! There is a tipi village for a bohemian style sitting around the fire or a roofed hall with tables and chairs for your guests. With a wide selection of unique photo opportunities and also accommodation and experiences for you and your guests if you choose to stay. The estate will help you design and host the perfect event, big or small. Walk through the village of tipis, or the aisle of trees in the forest by the creek if you wish, there are plenty of options. Corporations, educational institutes, business owners, and entrepreneurs could hold their retreats and much more, with an out-of-the-box approach, inspiring activities, a unique environment, and a fun itinerary...

Facilities and Capacity

Quonset hut building is designed with high ceiling, glass half dome on one side with glass and steel door, and wood boards and barn doors on the other end. One entrance is for music performers, or people to go on the stage, and the other entrance is for caterers or guests to hang their jackets or hats and find their seats. The layout could be tables and chairs with a dance floor that can sit 118 guests, without a dance floor that can sit 150, or a theater style that fits 200 people.

A tipi village with seven tipis, four of them have 18' diameter, two of them 21' diameter, and one 24', all on a wooden platform covered with waterproof mattresses, and central fire pits with dome shape mesh screen for safety to sit around the fire. The village can sit 168 guests.
A utility building with 2 hot shower stalls, 5 flush toilet stalls, and a sink with drinking water taps for washing hands or filling jugs.
An outdoor kitchen with propane cooktops, small appliances (kettle, microwave, coffee maker), fridge, and wood-fired pizza oven.
The spa facility includes fire heated cedar sauna, a cedar hot tub, and a cold tub.
Outdoor large fire pit with 12 Adirondack chairs around.

Services

1- The wedding reception fee and the ceremony fee varies depending on the number of guests.
2- If you're preferring the venue only with simple decorations and arch, table and chairs set up in Quonset building Or boho style,with the sitting around fire on the floor in tipis; you have two-time options. For half a day 9am to 4pm, or second half of the day 4pm-12am . Cost is the same.
3- There's the option of wedding suitable buffet-style meals; including a cheese platter, different salads, fruits, hot grilled meat & chicken, and pastries, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverage. Only for an affordable price, too.
4- The venue has a hot tub and sauna, clean towels provided, as well as firewood for the outdoor fire pit. Fire pits inside tipis and fire are being maintained for the guests, for a fixed price.
5- If you wish to have overnight accommodation with bedding, it's for an affordable price.
6- There will be an arch and some wedding decorations in the Quonset hut hall, and they can provide more decorations based on your budget.

There are the options of a light decoration or you could define your budget and the venue could decorate more. But also you are welcome to do it yourself with our acknowledgment!

They can provide in-house simple vegetarian organic catering service or standard through 3rd party local caterers or you can bring your own.

Accommodation

Accommodations with beds, bedding, and towels for overnight stay of the guest who wishes to stay. There's a chalet unit with 3 rooms, 11 beds, and a futon that sleeps up to 19 people and also a variety of other close-by options.

You could use the venue for any celebration or ceremony, meals can be arranged for you, and you can stay overnight as many nights as you wish. There are trails, game fields, a pond, and a paddle boat on the property, and plenty of other activities around. The venue has canoes for rent and 2 lakes in 5 minutes drive, golf clubs, water falls and longer trails, beaches, horseback riding, and ski trails and hills, wineries, and much more to discover some activities that require arrangement in advance and reservations.
