About St. Joseph's Conference Centre
St. Joseph’s Banquet & Conference Centre opened in 2012 as a new, elegant, and modern facility. This 15 000 sq. ft facility is the perfect banquet hall to host your events, big or small. Whether that’s a wedding, banquet event, corporate function, or social party, our luxurious facilities and a wide range of menu options offer a customizable and unique experience for you and your guests. We are conveniently located in the GTA, in Oakville, close to Mississauga and Toronto.
• Main Hall: A 6000 sq. ft event space features a grand dance floor, elegant & modern chandeliers, bright floor to ceiling windows with an adjoining outdoor patio, and unique multi-media capabilities. The Pre-Function area is the perfect space to welcome your guests before your event in the Main Hall and an ideal space to host a Cocktail Party or VIP reception. You can dine up to 500 and cocktail reception up to 800.
• Trafalgar Hall: It is a spacious and contemporary event space with wrap-around windows and direct access to our large courtyard. Dining up to 150 people and a cocktail reception for up to 300 people can be held in this room.
• Maple Grove Hall: It is an intimate and stylish event space with big windows and direct access to our large courtyard. It can host a dining event for up to 70 people and a cocktail reception for up to 150 guests.

The outdoor spaces at this venue can be decorated as per the liking of the couples. Chairs are provided for reception events, and floors are covered with soft carpets. Round tables for dining are arranged with excellent glassware and barware, complementing the high-class cutlery. In the indoor spaces, the wooden infrastructure adds a touch of class to your special day. The beautiful chandelier shines above your head as you dance the night away
The altar is beautifully decorated with drapes and flowers, and the ceiling is enlightened with beautiful lighting to make for a picturesque background for your photographs.
