About For-rest Retreat
For-rest Retreat is a grass roots, small retreat, offering wedding packages for up to 100 people. Located just outside of Salmo, BC. For-rest Retreat has 4 acres of flat land near the road, suitable for event tents and camping, and over 50 acres of sloped land (mountain-side) with trails and spectacular views of the valley.
They host community classes and retreats year-round in a 30' yurt and have over 3km of trails on the property.
3 overnight rentals are included in the package fee (total of 12 overnight guests) and lots of space for camping.
They have a 30' yurt studio which can be used for small receptions, rehearsal dinners and/or bridal changing room/space for hair stylists etc.

For-rest Retreat offers Catering services, accommodations for up to 12 people, 2 outhouses and a guest bathroom onsite, plenty of parking space, access to 3rd party wedding planners, decorations, tables and chairs, hair stylists, wedding cakes etc.
They do not offer decorations on-site but can connect you with local 3rd party decorators and wedding coordinators.
Venue offer in-house catering packages, including wood-fired pizza, sushi and more. Specializing in healthy, local, gluten-free, dairy-free offerings, as well as more traditional menus.
